I’m 14 and I get $11.20/h I think that is a good pay for me… especially when I am just a crew member right now and if you have trouble getting a shift don’t you just talk to the shift manager? Don’t complain just ask if it is possible?
been working for about 4 moths and got employee or the month in march. the gm and new manager always tell me how fantastic of a worker i am and tell me i might get promoted to crew trainer if i keep working the way i do. new guy comes along and less than a month hes making more than me and my friend (almost 9 BUCKS cuz hes a maintenance guy too) while we have yet to get any raise and we do truck and get payed around 7.60 -7.80. WTF
