First, consider the fact that this was almost 3 years ago. Then, your cost of living and wages in California are higher. Your gas prices are also higher than most of the country. Just because you pay that much doesn’t mean everybody should. You’d be pissed if you typically pay $4.37 and you went to fill up somewhere that was charging an unadvertised $7.65. Use your head, man.

I also don’t think Charles handled this wrong at all.. the lady was very aware of what was going on, as she specifically said they charge that much because they’re the closest one to the airport.
